Yes ! I gave my hard earned money to Ufano Polo to spend it for me?!
Many thanks Ufano Polo for taking MY grandchildrens inheritance from them to spend it for yourself at your will.
You deserve a place reserved for you and and Armando Silvera without any reservations!

Cabomaxo lda
Forgot to mention a very important fact about "Limited Companies" in Cape Verde.
Did you know that "Limited Companies" in Cape Verde don't apparently have to lodge "annual returns" ? Hence, I think the reason for any bright spark setting up a Ltd company there, no returns, o questions asked, absolutely brilliant for an offshore scam!
I Ange to be behind the wall to have missed out on this opportunity.
Any wonder CV welcomes "Investment" great, get investors money from outside the CV and you are smiling, and better still you are not called to be answerable to Anyone!!

Directors of Cabomaxo Lda Cabo Verde
Forgot to tell you the Company that both of our esteemed Directors had a hand ( or both) in our " investments" are happily steering Consulting Touristico de Fuerteventura.
We should wish them well in their directions ,as Companies today need successful people on their Boards to steer them in the right direction, and I have NO doubt that the two above mentioned can really add to the Boards success.
They must be on a good deal to be on this Board, do you think they provided a glowing CV to get appointed?
Where did I go wrong?

Cabomaxo Lda directors
Hi,
Forgot to mention, the original Director of Cabomaxo Lda ( whose registered offices consist of a PO Box) was Ufano Polo ( he signed my contract , could have done so in a toilet, it was supposed to be signed in the presence of a Notary ( suppose you have to ask yourself what one of those is in Cape Verde) His successor was the highly esteemed Armando Silvera , whom incidentally has an interest in the same Board that Ufano Polo sits on but Ufano Polo doesn't speak to him? Well that's what Ufano Polo told me when I challenged him on he being the signatory on my contract of sale, he , conveniently " blamed" all the going wrong on Armando Silvera, pretty convenient don't you think. These two "geniuses" now run , or at least have significant input into looking after the affairs of a company in Fuerteventura ( languishing no doubt) in Puerto del Rosario without a care in the world at our expense,( the investors).

Disinterest in failed development
Is it any wonder that people ( including sham Solicitors) seem to be so uninterested in their money losses are so slow or disinterested in finding out what happened to their investments in Cape Verde and still expect someone to pick up the pieces and make life great again !
As long as there are people out there who are prepared to allow these money launderers to go about their business without calling them to book the more they will do so.
Every one of the investors in Esmeralda Beach seems to have overlooked the fact that the Directors in this "business" venture were Spanish Nationals using a non Euro country to receive and disburse our investment monies at their whim. The original Director and the successive Director (convenience at work) have had almost 12 yes 12 MILLION EURO built nothing that resembles our anticipated return, they sure as hell didn't spend that amount of money on what they produced, a heap of useless building ( if you could call it that) using unwashed sand in their concrete mix?Absolute joke!
And what have we investors done about it? Well absolutely nothing, but if these rogue Directors were in the UK you would have certainly done something about it.
Did you know that under European Law one could actually take action against these criminal practices, but then again we had to avail of somewhat shady Legal practices in Cape Verde, and this country wants to be considered for EU membership?
Time for CV to wake up ,clean up their act, add a little reality to life, and then their citizens MIGHT just benefit from overseas investment.
We, as investors have missed our chance of taking action against unscrupulous Directors ( did you know they reside in Fuerteventura?) Because we relied on Legal practices that just took our money and did absolutely nothing for it.
We have been slow and nieve and by now most of the original 100 +- investors are so tired with this issue have given up the right.
But let's not forget the names of the original Director (who signed my contract of sale , WITHOUT MYSELF OR HE BEING PRESENT WITH A LEGALLY APPOINTED PERSON)but then again I have serious doubts as to the "LEGALITY" OF THE CONTRACT in the first place.
God it's good to be alive, I hope THEY sleep well, and long

Cabomaxo Lda land for sale?
Hi
Does anyone know if Cabomaxo's land at Ponta Preta has been put on sale yet?

What now with our Land
Apparently the Judiciary in Cape Verde have "lifted" the injunctions against Cabomaxo Lda to enable the Bank to sell the land we helped to buy through Cabomaxo.
What happens now to our interest in the sale of the land as the Bank will only be interested in getting their losses back?
Does anyone know?

Court hearings been and gone.......Without Prejudice
Well , apparently there was a Court hearing but guess what?Nobody seems to know what went on or what the outcome was!
Strange!
Come to think about it what Solicitor attends Court without "Discovery" having taken place?
Also this was the second wave of hearings so there must be some money in the pot?
How come this case is so hush hush, there is an awful lot!of investors money at question here!
Is this saga going to attract more costs but not provide any answers or conclusion.?
I asked Ufano Polo who is currently residing in Fuerteventura ( and the signatory on my contract of sale for the joke Apartments) where our money was and he said he has nothing more to do!with Cabomaxo Lda convenient I said.
Refer to Turicomplex also in Fuerteventura the Company was in receivership around about the time we all paid our monies to Cabomaxo , bit of a coincidence?
Anyway no more news at present.!

Cabomaxo Lda
Hi
Just heard that there is an apparent Court hearing early January 2016 in the ematter of Cabomaxo Lda ( can this be true?!) Would love to hear from anyone that could confirm this rumour as a matter of urgency.
Also if anyone has any idea of who the Notary that witnessed the Contract of Sale.
I have asked Neville de Rougemont Solicitors (UK & Portugal, Cape Verde) if they knew the Notary as they seem to be familiar with Cabomaxo Lda.
Many thanks.
