outrage I am resident in palma de mallorca and need to renew my passport.
I am outraged that on an island where the majority of the tourists are british they decide to close the british consulate !!!!!!!! is it just me or is this madness ! So how on earth do i renew my passport now ??????

in need of emergency traveling document as passport is being renewed. I need to obtain an emergency traveling document as my British passport is in the process of being renewed but nobody answers the telephone in the Consulate in Palma de Mallorca. it is 12:34 and there's no answer.

missing son hi my son lost his boarding pass on sunday 07/04/2013 nobody available to speak to tried police, airport, consulate he has just vanished into thin air in palma mallorca airport please help he was supposed to be on flight ryanair fr2327

Contact I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to speak to somebody in Palma or Madrid, with no luck. Absolute waste of time. I could fly to the UK easier than getting to speak with someone in Palma or Madrid. Absolutely useless. Thank heavens not an emergency - you'd have no hope of getting help.
