Hello, I have a client that received an email stating that because they are enrolled in the Global Entry Program they can sign up for the Registered Traveller and included this email (link below). Can you please advise if this is a legitimate service?

i have mail my passport in the mail for uk visa with return shipping label. the woman in the post office shield the envelop with passport including return shipping label. i paid 40 dollars to send it and for return service envelop. i received e-mail form them saying that they have not receive the return service label. I have the receipt from the post office. Why are these people in uk office are careless. they gave me the site to pay for it and cannot crate an account on www.vfsglobal.co.uk/Shopping Cart/pages /Authorization.aspx this site is unavailable .
I have submitted my visa application and paid for the priority service to get my visa application processed asap, I have an emergency case and still didn't receive any response!; I wonder why there isn't a way to track visa application status directly without the need to email and wait for the next day response!
It seems that they delay visa issues too much.it is good
I got an email with the outcome of my visa, and it stated I would have my documents sent within 72 hours, It's been over a week, there is nothing with my tracking details. And I am unable to find any way to contact to find out here my documents are!

I have been traveling to UK frequently to visit my parents for the past 13 years. I have missed flights several times due to delay in visa processing. I was looking forward to a visit this August and want to apply the visa with a super priority but cannot find any appointments before September! I have to travel to Europe in the end of July so cannot send my passport or attend the late appointments. There is always some problem with UK visa application and I am fed up. Is there a way round to get an earlier appointment date? I can't seem to find anywhere to contact. I am desperate and need to be home in August.

My company has booked my flight for 17/Jul/2015 (evening) and I need to arrive in London on 18/Jul/2015 for our Annual Business Meeting/ Conference in London starting on 20/Jul/2015. My presence is extremely important in this meeting. As per the email received from you, my visa is already printed and the passport needs to be dispatched. Therefore, this is a humble request to please dispatch my Passport and documents immediately today, so that I will receive them in time by tomorrow morning at the latest as per my prepaid return shipping.
