Urgent! Stoflen BRP can
My BRP card was stolen since 28 Saturday 2015. I cannot entry to UK. I am now in Venice. Can I walk in to the Consulate in Milan for getting a temporary visa today and go back to UK.

I don't have money for living in Italy because my wallet was stolen as well as BRP. Could you please help me as soon as you can.

I am asking inf on behalf of my son Jhaveen 23 years.We as parent we hold Italian citizenship but he hold a permanent resident permit, he live in Italy since 22 years.
Actually he is in London seaching for a school to study english language for his university study. He has been accepted by a state school and he already pay for the fee.The course begin on 4 of Junuary and finish on the end of July .now he need to extend his visa because he has only six month visa, three months already expired. At the home office the ask him to apply from Mauritius where he born.
I would like to know as he is holder of a permanent resident in Italy, can he study there without problem or there is an another way to risolve this problem.
