Returning Resident visa
My wife lost her passport whilst on holiday to Pakistan which has her ILR stamp, i've been told that the processing time for this application is 15-20 working days as it's not the same as a fresh settlement case. Please can anyone confirm if this is correct?

Spouse visa
Farid, you state that your visa application has been showing "OC" for the past 3months. You also state that you have contacted Gerry's Pakistan and they only gave you a cold shoulder by stating that its part of the BHC... Thats not much of a reply on their behalf so having considerig this have you pursued them further?

Please let me know as my wife applied on the 20/07/12 at Islamabad and currently status shows OC...

Re
Oc is the first stage that your application has been passed on and the last n final stage is application being Processed at British comissions which my husbands it we submitted ours in Lahore so may be there is a difference to where it is submitted as our status changed after 10 days from oc to being processed
