Hey ppl I c everyones havng problems well guess wht So am I lol 11th week since I've submitted my husbands case the status is still undrprocess @ bhc..on website it sez cud take up2 24 weeks!!
Has anyone got any idea of the process time for a returning resident application?
No child tax credit is a entitlement for all uk citizens that will not affect it according to me but I stil reccomend call up a solicitor and get advice on

i have applied for my husband visa on the 03/07/2012 status shows under BHC i also have 1 child can i claim for child tax credit??
if i apply for child tax credit will it make any affect in my husbands application
