If you go on other forums especially immigration boards, many people are receiving RFCs and they are exactly after 2 1/2 months. All applied either at the end of Dec or in Jan 2013.

Good news, it seems to that BHC visa process is completing within 10 Weeks as opposed to 12 Weeks, many people have been granted visa in 10 weeks from the date of application mainly made at the end of DEC or Jan 2013.
WERE SERI GONE FROM THIS TIME LINE DID SHE GET THE VISA
My hubby has handed in his passport now. All that's left is him getting it back, so I would say within this month it will all be over.
