how can u calculate whether the visa is granted or not? :P hehe
You see the time is reducing in making decisions, it is even less then 2.5 months in Qamar's case, as due to financial requirement there are 45% less applications this time of year, this is an official statement of home office.

Yes mostly granted.
I strongly feel that your RFC will be around 25th March.
