Hi, my fiance applied on 13 march. We sent paper applicaion form already filled but when he got to his appointment they wanted the online form so a man at gerrys helped fill it in quickly spelling my surname wrong and giving my employers cotact number in place of mine. Do you think this will affect our chances, all other documents are perfect and we have submitted multiple documents showing my phone number and name. Also i have heard they call up to talk to you, and they did this when my fiance applied for visit Visa. Has anyone been called up by the embassy?

Also I have not turned 18 as of yet, but will do in May. Since we have applied 13/03/13 can anyone give me hope for RFC date. And if it is to be before my birthday, would they post date the visa?

This form should be filled and sent along application form, this is not mandatory but very critical.
or otherwise you undertake in your covering letter that you will support your spouse financially and housing wise.

Hii- If you applied on 18/03 I am fully confident that you will get an RFC within 2 months as time to make decision is reducing with every passing day and it is around 2.5 months now.

@Adam:: If you have sent 6 months wage slips and 6 months bank statements you can feel at ease. Although Qamar sent 3 years P60 ( which was a good move) but not required. So your documents in logical sense are complete and not very old.
If you are paid by cheque and your bank statements show that you deposited those cheques into your account then it is fine.
