does the bhc ever look at your credit history???
is it me or a visa getting replys in 2 months
Salaam, can someone please tell me at all where to find the document requirements under the new law? I have searched on UKBA but can only find links about what my husband would need to submit from Pakistan and not what i (the sponsor) need to submit?
I would be very greatful if someone could help me

i know sum1 hu applied and accidently put the wrong national insurance number in! but then he sent a letter to BHC apologizing and giving the correct one.. his visa was granted.. however this was with the old rules.. i dnt think u can send such info now.. but u never know.. y dnt u consult a good solicitor?
secondly.. u have 2 b minimum 18 to apply..
Both husband and wife have to be over 18 at time of marriage for it to count with the BHC
No they don't call u anymore for clarifications its very rare, if in doubt they refuse this is how the new system is, in older system and under labour govt ( i dont support any parties) they did call for interview if in doubt.
When did u realise that spellings are wrong? Did u inform bhc that spellings are wrong?
Why didn't u wait till u are 18 to apply could have put lot more weight in ur application.
buddi went to isb gerrys... they translated into computer format.... but dont know if they made errors or no.... she sayz it lookz okay.... so not sure all in Allahs hands now!

Also I have not turned 18 as of yet, but will do in May. Since we have applied 13/03/13 can anyone give me hope for RFC date. And if it is to be before my birthday, would they post date the visa?
