12 April 2013

The Public and Commercial Services (PCS) union has confirmed that it will be asking members across the civil service to participate in industrial action. The action will consist of a number of one day strikes across Home Office business areas on 16, 17, 18 and 19 April 2013.

We are currently implementing well-rehearsed local contingency plans to deal with the strike action and do not expect any significant disruption. Our top priority is to ensure the continuation of our public-facing services and our public offices will remain open for business.

We will contact any customers who have appointments, and may be affected, to reschedule appointments as necessary. If we do not contact you, you should attend you appointment as arranged.

If you call one of our customer contact centres you may experience longer than usual wait times. We would ask you to be patient and we will answer calls as quickly as possible.

We apologise for any disruption to services that may occur as a result of this industrial action.

Please monitor our website for further updates.

Mona & munashak
Mona you didn't read my posts properly, I said Ali's case is different he should have waited 6 months, he didn't have the problem of fluctuating salary but -1200 in his account each month.
he applied soon after his first refusal it means he may have improved in some bank statements but definitely some may still have negative amount, so he go refused again.
Either he should have waited 6 months to have 6 fresh bank statements without negative amount or appealed after 1st refusal.

@munashak and seenan
who sed u must wait wait 6 months b4 reapplying? i reapplied 3 weeks after i was refused.. and dyu remember that guy.. shaz? who applied on the 1st of feb and got the visa last week.. he also reapplied a month after refusal..
i think i know what happened with ali141.. i can recall him telling us on the other forum that he is on a fluctuating salary and in some months he's earned just 1000.. he was wondering if it would be a problem.
when he initially applied he applied under the old rules.. i.e before july.. at that time i think he was refused due to his outgoing expenditures..

Alis case is different therefore he should have waited 6 months to get fresh bank statements,
The decision can be changed by BHC depending on the evidence u provide, since the appeal is heard in uk so the sponsor goes to court if it's a verbal hearing, the applicant receives all correspondence
