In December there was a serious backlog they had got extra staff, I think the applications atm have slowed down due to easter holidays. Also when you think about it they are not really delaying cases atm. The people that got within 8 weeks should consider themselves lucky. BHC aim is to do each case within 12 weeks so really they are not behind.

Really... I didn't know that....considering they did over a thousand in a month and them guys got their rfcs in 6 months, and now just doing less than 100 per month but taking 2/3 months for rfcs. They are being lazy or not enough staf processing. Be coz all other things being equal they shud be processing within a couple of weeks.

Hey u submitted appeal in feb 2013 and the other person who asked about review yes the Eco or the ECM can take full 19 weeks for review but sometimes they will overturn case before 19 weeks and I have heard of a few cases recently been overturned before 19 weeks I am going to wait till end of may and then I will contact my mp and see how that will go. My husbands case was refused over a minor thing so inshallah I am optimistic it will be overturned. You are all in my duas.

That's not many decisions compared to December there was about 1150.

98 decisions isn't much at all.

it also looks like more decisions made than before... because in the january processing times only 57 decisions made and now 98 decisions have been made. Maybe there were more applicants

WOW they finally have updated the table on the UKBA site for Pakistan check it out;

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/countries/pakistan/processing-times1/?langname=null#resultTableAnchor

I'm wondering if that's the reason for delay on RFC maybe they needed to update it as it hasn't been updated since Jan.

Anyway its looking good mA 98% Decisions made within 60 days, and there was 98 settlements.

60 days is 12 weeks.
