Thanks for that thorough detail much appreciated! I can't believe it can take only 10 days for a spouse visa application - don't you think that sounds right? If its visit visa then I can believe it as spouse visa has alot of checking.

the reason why lahore and other places take longer than islamabad is because wherever you submit they are then taken to bhc in islamabad and either processed their or sent to abu dhabi to be processed there. so effectivley the lahore/karachi/mirpur centres act like couriers.

then when they have finished processing then they send back to islamabad gerrys (central gerrys centre) and from there they to the other centers once done.

therefore these applicants normally take longer.

but looking at the processing times on that website... that is confusing... it looks like only 1 applicant processed in april in lahore and that was done within 10 days. so i dont know why yours is taking so long....

In Sha Allah it should be okay

I have sent an email to Gerry's today to enquire - I wasn't sure whether to do that but did it anyway.
Have you ever seen the stats that they provide on the UKBA website? Does anyone understand them? I find them very confusing .....
They state that 60 days onwards they have dealt with 100% cases but at the end it just states one case decided??? The data is only up until April 2013 May has not been updated yet.
