we can all think we missed certain docs but remain postive and continue Prayers and Duaas and Almighty One Supreme Lord will Reward our patience. Almighty ONE LORD IS GREATEST PLANNER!
I did not include 'sponsorship declaration'. My solicitor had done about 9 pages of legal representations on my behalf. Should I take this as some kind of a 'sponsorship declaration' in a way??
You should have waited a few more days before you submitted I.e once you got the sixth bank statement.
as long as you had sponsorship declaration submitted with application, you should be ok In-sha-ALLAH. Remember in Your Duas
yeah i submitted mines on 26 April..
But havent heard yet i had full 6 months though Alhamdililah
If you dont mind me asking when did you apply for your visa? I am guessing you have heard back
Did your statements show 6 payments of your salary going into your account or 5 payments?
Hi is there anyone that submitted the application at the visa centre near the end of a month, as I did and they picked up on this by saying the bank statements did not cover the full 6 months, whereas I couldn't submit the statement for the month submitted in because bank statements are only issued once the month ends
Question 2 - The form SU07/12, does that have to be filled or is that not to be filled under spousal visa? I thought that was for 'adult dependant visa' etc??
