Yes Hamza my status is forwarded to Islamabad OC since the day of submission.
I have enquired since July from the Embassy in Pakistan but they keep sending a generic email saying checks are in progress. Now that my local Councillor contacted them and they inform us that they are unable to trace our application.

if that is the case , then I have the same problem , since 10/07/13 my status is the same SAYING APPLICATION FORWARDED ISLAMABAD OC , and I emailed GARY in Islamabad , but they said my application is with BHC I think , they just can't help, so now I don't know who to email to just find out about my application , it just makes worried that the status hasn't changed , because all this thinking going on in my mind. have they lost it , or they haven't even opened my application. any advice please , because I don't want to chase my application after 6 months and get bad news. Any NUMBER to ring that department or EMAILS to ask about my application or shall I wait a bit longer, please reply.

My local Councillor has emailed me a response from Islamabad, they have informed her they are unable to track our application even though she has provided them the full details. Do you think they have lost our application? I am very frustrated now and feeling upset and anxiety. These people are making me unwell.
She has resubmitted all the information they have requested for, please everyone make dua that inshallah we get some good news.
I make dua inshallah Allah swt ends this wait for us all and bestows his blessings upon us and grants our duas...ameen

I have emailed many people in relation to the income date to find out what is going on.
Its absolutely ridiculous that they have put applications on hold without revealing any information at all about when the hearing date will be. Even more shocking than this is the fact many applicants have passed the recommended 6 month wait without any response.
This whole visa process is taking the mick and it annoys me how they state all applications are process according to stastics of august 2013 in 120 days??? Bullsh1t totally
Also its A1 test for spouse visa as of yet :-/
A1 test is required for entery clearence ?
