Hello,
I just want to know that has someone applied spouse visa under just savings with no income if yes can u tell me how long it took for visa reply and outcome of application plz coz I applied under following
(1) £63700 cash saving in my bank account for at least 6 months with 6 month bank statements
(2) own my house with no morgage on it
(3)letter from estate agent that house is in good state and big enough for two people
any RFC's..??
today its been 14 week for me nw still waiting should i be worrying?.. :s inshallah we all get good news soon.ameen.
I hv also submitted more documents which they want on 15 oct... Bt they didnt even inform about recieving the documents
We've also submitted the docs on 17th oct but no response..am worried too:-(
we have again submit documents on 10 oct but they did not reply! can anyone tell? please i am really worried.
WHY IS BHC NOT ANSWERING FONE
THE HEARING DATE FOR THE INCOME THRESHOLD IN
3/4TH MARCH 2014... SO IF YOU ARE ON HOLD AM AFRAID WE HAVE A LONG WAIT,..
THIS IS TRUE BECAUSE I EMAILED THE COURT OF APPEAL DEALING WITH THIS CASE AND RECEIVED EMAIL TODAY.
i had applied for dependent visa on 7th otcober, and still waiting for decision,can any body tell me the processing time for tier2 dependent visa
