I m facing a really tough time due to some personal reasons. My husband and I have waited quite long. That's y I m losing hope. I just can't bear anymore all the emotional stress due to my visa.
Ash when did you apply for the the spouse visa and what's your status showing?

Komal: Don't Worry about the status not changing, its the lazy BHC staff again that do not update the system
Ash: this happen with me after waiting 6 months of waiting and then apparently they were processing it. I believe they lost our application and evidence that's why they have not calculated my income correctly. I have had to re-submit evidence documents again. Keep pestering them and they will finally be able to give you a proper update inshallah. I hope this is not the case with you, Inshallah they will have your application and it will be under process. Inshallah you hear back soon.
Who have u the date? Have u applied for spouse visa or are you talking abt appeal?
How long shall I wait.they have given the date 9/11/2013 but its 12/11 today status is still same :(
I don't want to use them just in case they pick on that
