can you tell me plzz.why your wife visa was refused..whats the reason...
How many days has it been since ur hubby submitted the extra documents required ? Where did he submit em? Gerry or posted em to bhc ?
Salam, I am working doctor in Uk under 2 visa. My wifes dependent visa was refused, now we appealed against it and the documents were sent to tribunal court in Sept. I came to know that they have sent the documents to Isb embassy for review. I am wondering how long does it usually take and is there a way of tracking application and fasten the process. It's been taking so long :(
Ready For Collection (RFC)
Congrats dear...........inshaa Allah we will also hear good news from them
What does rfc mean?
Thanks sunset. I send a email to bhc.they said we have been able to trace your application.and ask for more details about application.now. send all details about my application..pasport no,name, appliction no etc.
Zara; why don't you email BHC and ask them about your application. Inshallah they will be able to give you an update... You will need to pester them that's the only way they look in to applications.
Inshallah you will hear back with good news
Don't worry inshallah you have nothing to worry about, why don't you email them and ask them to review your application again. They can only put you on hold which they have done anyway so there's nothing to lose, if you don't ask you don't get.
Inshallah you will get your visa
Because my husband was not there..he was in spain..so he can't send documents.. i think you are right sunset i will not take back my application..
