Asalaam alaikum

Dia: inshallah I make dua you and your husband return to the UK and start a proper married life together, May Allah swt bless you both.

Jazak'Allah for your duas, I hope inshallah I hear some good news soon.

Ash: continuously pester them with emails and in your email state that why have not been informed in any case if your application was not traceable as BHC have lost it and get them to take liability of losing your documents as it's their responsibility to keep all personal documents safe and secure under the data protection act 1998.

They did this to me as well so I can understand your situation they lost my documents that's why in the letter they said I did not submit P60 for my job when I did so in my covering letter with my extra evidence documents I quoted the data protection act as I have proof of all the documents I sent to BHC.

Sam: have you got all your documents yet to send to BHC?

Please everyone remember us in your duas

Dr Ali
You applied in August and they sent your refusal letter to you within a month....your a lucky man to get an answer out of BHC so soon. Inshallah they will review your application again and issue your wife a visa.

BHC don't have a timescale if processing applications, inshallah you will hear soon.

Tier 2 dependent appeal for my wife
We applied for her tier 2 dependent visa in August, 2013 at Islamabad embassy in Pakistan, which contrary to what we had expected, got refused. The refusal was on probability grounds stating that there was not enough evidence to show that our marriage was subsisting at the time of application and the visa officer was not satisfied that Saadia will live with me if she was granted UK visa. We were not interviewed or contacted to clarify our situation. Then we appealed by sending documents to UK in Sept 2013
