spousal visa
Hi there I would inquire with regards to applying a spousal visa. My partner is a South African citizen and Myself and two kids are holding a british passport. We're arer currently resides here in South Africa and would like to move back to the UK. But having said that as my husband is holding an SA Passport I presume he will need a visa to go back in again. Please advise of what requirements and fee cost for spousal visa?

British Consulate in Durban
The telephone number for the consulate in La Lucia no longer exists, took a drive out to Armstrong Avenue only to find that they have moved over a year ago. Please can you update the website with new information as this incorrect info makes it very difficult for British citizens here in SA to get the correct information require especially when there isn't even a correct telephone number to call!

Student visa
My daughter has been accepted at a ballet school in London. She is only 16 and her current SA passport expires in 2019, 4 months before she will finish her degree. How long do students visas last? Not sure how to do this ? Do I apply 1 year at a time?

Like to renew my daughters passport
My 4 year old British passport expires later this year, please can you tell me what I need to do and forms etc that need to be completed to renew her passport?
She was born in London and moved here when she was nearly 3.

I suppose that I will have to register here in South Africa first then go from there?

Passport enquiry
Both my father's parents were born in Britain. My father however was born in South Africa. Please would you advise as to whether this possibly entitles me to a British Passport. Many thanks. Paul Datlen

Son's first British passport
I would like to apply for my son's first British passport. He was included on mine as a baby which has now expired, we have been informed that we will need to supply his SA father's birth certificate. Is this the case?
