Study Permit Renewal
Hi

I want to find out how to go about renewing my study permit. I was studying at Rhodes University for 3 yrs and my permit has expired. I am now planning to do Postgrad at The University of Pretoria. What are the documents I need? I heard that I also need a SA poloce clearance. Is this true? If so where do I get this clearance since I am now in Namibia.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Ros

Customer service
The south african Embassy here in namibia dont know how to work with customers, staff are very rude and unfriendly when you talk with them over the phone or at the embassy itself, this matter needs to be taken further and they are also unequipped about the SA law and the requirements needed for certain applications, recently i found out something they all didnt know. Please staff learn how to be friendly and how to speak with customers and clients on the phone
