I just wanted to find out if my study visa is valid until 2013, do I still have to renew it annually or is it valid throughout the three years?

I Godhard Spiegel have lost my passport in CapeTown now i have applyed for a Namibian Passport in Windhoek can i also submit the passport at your office for the study permit to be put in or must i do it her in Cape Town i am currently her in Cape Town busy with examination. Just a small question:
I have a Namibian passport and it will expire on the 19 July 2011.
I want to travel to Johannesburg on the 3de of February 2011 and coming back to Windhoek on the 10th again.
Would I still be able to travel on that dates?
