Iv read the migration act revisd in july 2005,in article 6.1.GENERAL WORK PERMIT,where it says 'as well as experts in the film industry on a seasonal basis were exempted'.
May u please elaborate more on this clause as i am one of filmmakers!

I'm a mosotho and my father has worked in South Africa in the Mines for 38 years, he is now a pensioner therefore He is now a citizen of South Africa by Naturalization, using full identification of South Africa. Is it possible for me to get a South African ID and be a South African Citizen too? Coz my father is now a South African?

I am Lesotho national and will be studying in Bloemfontein. I would like to know:
1. Is there a time period to the validity of the police clearance; as per point number 7?
2. I will be studying on a part time basis, will I need to provide a copy of travel arrangements; as per point number 8?
3. I shall not be staying in Bloemfontein unless I need to sleep over for some reason; that means I do not have pre-arranged accommodation, do I still need to provide accommodation details as per point number 11?
4. Are there any other requirements imposed on the medical aid apart from that it be from a South African registered medical scheme, as per point number 6?
