Hi

I believe this is a frequently asked question. I'm from Lesotho and married a South African customarily so we went to Home Affairs to find out as to how to go about the whole process of getting legally married and we were told we have to get a letter of non-impediment, so I'd like to know, where can get the letter in Lesotho. Please email me here:tsepang.tjamela@yahoo.com
