Comments on this Embassy
I agree with the comments about the South African embassy. This is the worst embassy I have encountered. First of all, the staff are rude. When you ask questions, they will interrupt you as if they know what exactly is your question. Second, when they answer, it is not helpful at all. Third, when you call the embassy even during office hours, no one is answering. Fourth, when they answer email, it is just one liner and does not really answer your question. Fifth, the staff are high pitch as if they are raising their voices most of the time. Sixth, you are not even allowed to fix your documents inside the embassy, the guard will call your attention. To the South African embassy staff, there are already many negative comments about your performance and yet it seems nothing has changed. I hope that for those who have contacts at DHA in South Africa, they will submit a formal complaint letter so that the performance of this staff will improve!
helo po mam ako po ay isang south african citizen dito sa south africa. ang asawa ko po ay temporary visa gamit at kami ay kasal dito may marriage certificate dito. sa limang taon naming pagsasama. kaso ho s kasamaang palad na expire ho visa nya n di namin na re-new agad. nakumpiska ho passport nya ng immigration dito at pina uuwi s pinas para magrenew visa dyan. sabi ho nila magbibigay daw sila ng letter s amin na magpapatunay n kailangan nya bumalik dito at i approved ang visa... ako po ay nag aalala baka ho magkaproblema dyan at di na sya makabalik. ano po ba ang mga requirements n kailangan nila dalhin dyan at proseso po. sana po masagot nyo agad katanungan ko dahil po may 2weeks n lng sya natitira mamalagi dito... maraming salamat po... eto po pala email add ko glairezbhe@gmail.com
Agree ako sa mga nagagalit sa SA embassy sa Makati. Hindi nila ginagawa trbaho nila! From emailing through phone hard to reach! Ano ba iyan! Mag re reply nga pero 1 sentence lang not enough parang di marunong mag asnwer nang questions d rin sinasagot tawag sa fon. 1 week na ako tawag nang tawag!
E paparating ko sa head office sa South Africa na mga staffs sa Phils. walang mga kwenta!
The South African Embassy in Manila must have the most inefficient, unhelful and arrogant staff i have ever come across. To top it all, they do not know how to provide information and answer questions. Perhaps home affairs should train these people correctly before assigning them to a foreign mission.
tang inang SA embassy sa makati. sana masunog kayo sa rcbc plaza, mga demonyo kayo, walang hiya kayong lahat from security guard hanggang consul, mamatay sana kayong lahat para mapalitan ang trabahador diyan at wala ng maghihirap sa pag kuha ng buwiset na visa niyo. hindi na ako aaply diyan hangat hindi kayo mamatay lahat. mukha niyo!
I invited my Brother-in-law to visit me in Namibia. He is very excited because it will be the first time for him to experience Africa and African Hospitality. Unfortunately on the way to Namibia he has to fly through South Africa. The way people are treated when applying for transit visas is shocking. I am embarrassed to be associated with fellow Africans such as the Officials at the South African Embassy in Manila. Being a Government Official myself in Namibia I will definitely take this matter further with the relevant Authorities.
