Helpfull staff
When I was in Thailand the South African embassy there referred me to Philippine embassy, from there I already started emailing Ms Leila Custodio..and she's so helpfull and responsive to my every email. When I arrived in Philippines and started to process my visa they're all helpfull. Now I'm back in the Philippines after 2 years, I went to the embassy, Ms Leila and even the guard still remember me.

The name of the lady answering the phone (Trisha if im not mistaken) is rude! Of the 24 times i dialled their number twice I was transferred toLeila Custodio (the lady at the window) and doesnt even answered her extension. After so much fighting with this rude Trisha and i f i didnt threat them of getting to the ambassador was i not accommodated and was able to talk to the Consul who is looking at my mom's visa. Their service is an extension of the Home Affairs service here in South Africa! Bad bad bad bad service!

Can anyone form SA give a memo to this lady who answers phone and getting no help at all?!!! I believe Im not the only one who's experiencing her hellish service.
