Can someone please tell me if the South Africa embassy in Manila still requires applicants to submit the papers/visa application form in hard copies and in person (you have to go to the embassy)?

Is there a visa facilitation centre in Manila for South Africa visa?

Is there any website from the embassy of South Africa in Manila to do an online visa application?

Thanks

I'm a Filipina who is now residing here now in South Africa If all you're papers are in order it is easy, I first come here with my fiance as tourist.I'm married now and move with my 2 daughters here in South Africa both times were easy to apply for a visa because my papers are in order.just meet all the embassy requirements and nobody should ever have a problem.

What would Madiba do?
Just wondering what Nelson Mandela would have said with your citizens killing other Africans in broad daylight. Maybe the white minority were right by imposing apartheid rule? Maybe they were right in believing black South Africans are savage beasts?

INQUIRY
To whom it may concern,

my partner and I are both south african citizens on vacation in the philippines and we wish to perform our wedding ceremony here. I would like to inquire about the possibility of obtaining a document or marriage certificate that would be recognised upon re-entering south africa

Do I still need to get my bank statement?
I was just wondering if I still need to secure my bank statement even though my boyfriend will already shoulder all my expenses during my visit to South Africa. He already send me a copy of his three months bank statement, invitation letter and other supporting documents. Will they also require 35k for a deposit fee? I did message the embassy about this but they didn't reply. I just don't want to miss any papers when I go to the embassy to submit my application. Please help!
