I have tried and tried to contact this company. I00 people contacted me on facebook but no one from the office. Whats the matter here.
I've been calling your embassy and no one seems to answer the phone.
You should at least have two phone numbers.
im dual citizen south African my birth country and Canada my adopted country I like many had to flee for our lives during 1977 student resistance to the evil of apartheid and the force to learn and speak the evil Afrikaans language my passport was conviscated cuz it expired I want to apply for new passport plz tell me the routine and the cost do i ahve to appear in person am in philipines currently hopefully reurn to canada soon can i get help from the south african embassy in manila?ysydow@hotmail.com

They should send the old woman(filipino secretary) to a training on how to deal professionally and friendly manner to all her clients/Customer. She was arrogant and very rude! We had a bad Customer experienced with her!!
That old woman they said she is the secretary of the ambassador. She was very rude and arrogant! Ww went 3x in the embassy but she always have her rude attitude whenever we asked questions. She was never helpful and never accomodating. We ended up just talking to the ambassador to get proper answer and we treated much better. To all who wants to go to South african embassy in Manila, i dont recommend you to talk to that unprofessional old lady! Bad experienced with her all the time!!

I am trying to get in touch with someone at the embassy that can give me some advice regarding my status to re-enter South Africa after receiving an undesirable status when last leaving SA as I overstayed by 1 day. I am a British citizen and was unaware of the new penalties being implemented. However ,I would like to travel back to South Africa for a short visit at the end of March 2018.
