I have just in few hours ago requested the relevant authority, for your offices to hand the nearest Gendarmerie of Kacyiru-Kigali with the Government of Rwanda,all fingers for those legally residing in South Africa(citizens and Non-citizens) with immigration cases if possible for purposes of those concerned in Rwanda to commission all names which are interfering with my details.This had caused many threats to the Government of South Africa,by many who are involved in scams with money launderings in South Africa.Those who are disturbing my family but living south Africa must be visualise on the morphotype fingerprints system.
I hope you will be also of help in this process which must be conclusive.
PS:Those who are also possessing forged Rwandan passports may be found on the list.

The above refers.
I have to affirm that there had been racketeering,defamation of my character anda contempt of court by Mr Gashemeza Ribanje,in suspecting me to have got an affair with his wife before they had met.
But after my investigations,I found that there had been such a crime which had been committed by Mr Kanayamashuli(known as Pepe) after completing his studies in Lubumbashi.Both are familiar to me with the family of Mbuguje.
But I am reassuring my family in Rwanda that there had never been such a scam by me with people from the Northern Province of Rwanda.
They tried to ruin my family and they tried to get wealth from my family while they had the same advantages(the Mbuguje) as my father.They tried to assault my father also.
In conclusion,they are of poor interest for my family.I have to ignore them,they disturbed my future.
Do refrain anyone of the family of Mbuguje to travel to South Africa,they were coming for money laundering.

I hope that this will be transmitted to all those concerned.

as I discussed with some in previous days,I would like to recall you about the situation in which files of the families(Ruhaya) are being situated as "Bogus" due to have brought their names to my commune of origin while they are in reality from Commune Murama.They settled may be in Commune Masango following better life .and they had the only relate my Grand-mother whom they all followed.But all remained registered in Murama Commune while the family of Ruhaya absconded their commune and referred their files to Masango intentionally as to annoy us with my extended family.
I would recommend that their files be shifted with immediate effect to Murama Commune.And we apologise for the delay in recovering them as fraudulent people who infiltrated in our Masango Commune files.And the Ruhaya must be on a warrant.Their files must go with names of Losenzo/Ms Mayungani whom they do appear again with in South Africa.

I am from Abatutsi ethnic group with both of my parents.
