As soon as you receive this message ,please do contact me in this regard where by I am still asking the recovery of my father`s passport/Family.If not remitted as soon as possible,I am asking the State to be informed that the death of Pastor Theophas Ruterahagusha(who stole these passports including his wife and his son who did the same) may be an option and his assassination is required to be allowed by the state.
If this message attains the family of Ruterahagusha,I think they must act urgently to avoid such a catastrophe.
My relates in Rwanda must also act accordingly as I have said if not remitted those documents.This applies to the Nzabamwita family who might suffer the same punishment,especially Joseph Nzabamwita if still alive.

I have just heard that their children are back to Universities/colleges,in South Africa ,still using such robbed funds from the SDA church and further their studies.
is this acceptable by academics in South Africa?
has any prosecution or claim be responded by those concerned?

To all.
i am reporting till now the frequent use of my travel document by Mr Jacob G Zuma with many other officials while on travel abroad,without my consent(fraud).
I have found that Mr Jacob G Zuma came from Swaziland and he never legalised his stay in South Africa.His parents came from Namibia,but they lived in Swaziland as refugees with UNHCR keeping their records.
I have a big question of concern as to require any Rwandan official who travels at the same destination like those found contravening with my details-from South Africa,to arrest them after an investigation.Most will be inhibited to attend meetings like the G 20 summit or the World economic forum,etc....
Mr Jacob G Zuma had been found for several occasions as the master scam of my details and once he might be assassinated if found again!
I have been respecting him but now I would rather disrespect him as I consider him reacting like an animal.

It has now come to my attention that many racketeering including the one from Dr Charles Ntwaza(Ruhigira) living in South Africa,Johannesburg concerning a case of rape of his young sister which occurred many years while at secondary school,done by a teacher of the name of Mr Mitima.
He had been racketeering all Rwandans of origin(including me and my elder brother) living in South Africa as the origin of such a rape matter.
He had been advised to consult a psychiatrist for the managament of his schizophrenia(psychosis).
This case/matter must be referred to a state attorney for further processing.
