how to get a resident permit if you married to an south African while you're an Zimbabwean
MY APPLICATION WAS SUBMITTED ON 6TH JANUARY 2015. I WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS. WE NOW INTO THE 4TH WEEK AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING IN THE QUE SINCE 26TH JANUARY 2015 AND MY STUDENT VISA STILL NOT OUT. I AM SUPPOSED TO START MY STUDIES IN SOUTH AFRICA ON MONDAY 2ND FEB. NOT GETTING ANY POSITIVE ANSWERS FROM THE EMBASSY .

I am a male aged 28,and I do have Electrian papers for N6 and I also willing to remain working here in RSA but the Problem now is, I was given a one year permit which is almost to be expired and I visited RSA Home Affairs for visa and permits unnumbered without success WHAT CAN I DO?
My son is doing a 4 year degree program in South Africa. He was given a 3 year study permit that has since expired. What are the procedures and requirements for extension/renewal in terms of documents and costs?
