Please help me im a Zimbabwean legally married to the south african, how do i get a spousal permit. What are the requirements and where to go and how to apply.
@Charis it maybe wise to re-apply rather than appeal but check & confirm if e wording on yr cv for all your past experience was tailored to highlight roles defined by the critical skill category you are applying under e.g if you are a risk assessor half your key duties in all yr experience may need to include things like 1.) assessing individual & corporate risk profiles, 2.) Risk Scoring, 3.) Assessing risk models, Risk Modelling. You can also make sure that all yr previous employers (post qualification) draft recommendation letters that clearly highlight duties directly linked to your critical skills category.
My application was denied on the basis that I do not have appropriate post qualification experience. I have about 5 years experience and my job title is on the skills list.
Does any one know what the appeal process entails and what documents I must submit (do they also take your passport and can I ask for it back if the process takes too long).
Good day, please help me. Any person that has applied for work endorsement on their relatives (spousal) permit? what do you write on the letter of support? Thanking you in advance

From what my brother (former zim immigration officer) told me,any cross border offense involving a child is a serious offense than any other offenses like overstayed passport.
Yo can log in an appeal but is your ZSP still valid?

My question to the forum is, when you attach contract of employment for your CSV application, do they phone the company to confirm?
