They only respond when they get feedback from embassy about status of your application.Which means if there is no feedback from embassy,then no response from VFS.
Activate your email read request on your email account.lt will show that your email has been read and the time it was read.Thise days they are not responding but the read every email and forward it to embassy
@ CSV Engineering. I have send several emails to the email address on the receipt and i dont get any responses. Practically thats the first step anyone can take regarding follow up. The phone number doesnt get answered as well.
In your previous comment you said company should follow up. Should the company also follow up with VFS, when they are not responding?
People always talk about follow up, but when asked about contact details they keep quiet
Use the email address on your vfs receipt.Remember the emails you send to VFS are forwarded to the embassy.Also call on the phone numbers on ur vfs receipt....don't forget ur name and ref number when making follow ups.

Are we allowed to take our passports before outcome of VISA and then bring it once Visa is out. Because I applied in february but and i have not received any news up to now.
