How many letters should the employer write for me , if i already have a ZEP permit?
do they need contract, letter of employment, testimonials,a written consent to ensure my passport is valid at all times and the to accept responsibility to cover costs?
Company follow up with emails but no response from their emails .. so what should there do to get hold of Mr Ngoma ..
it might have just happened by coincedence in your case , right now they are issuing out dec applications with or without follow up
People always talk about follow up, but when asked about contact details they keep quiet
Hi Guys
If your company wants to follow up on your application the number for the Embassy is two five one eight four three,also they need to be patient as they take a long time to answer. When they call they should not say to the receptionist they want to follow up on an application otherwise they will be directed to VFs. So the trick is,the person in charge of the CSVs is called Mr Ngoma so when they call they can directly ask to Speak to him and they will be put through. Another thing is they can send an email to him and when they call they will be referring to the email. His email address is ngomak@dirco.gov.za. This is the process i used and from the time of sending emails and calling it took less than two weeks to get my positive outcome. Thanks
