My wife who is from Zimbabwe applied for a relative permit in August and to date has no response. It shocking the time thats needed to issue a relative permit.
This is just a public forum where Zimbabweans trying to get any SA VISA discuss outcomes dear. The embassy itself doesn't control this. So refrain from sharing personal information that may leave you vulnerable

Hie I applied accompanying visa for my child in june in Harare but when I'm trying to call they say its embassy so now I don't understand weather its rejected or they are still processing.sometimes if u try to call the dont respond.pliz can someone tell me how long does it take to apply for accompanying Visa now its already 6 months.my child's name Anesu Kelvin Pasviki.

@Tichaona J Mutavira It's tricky to assist since you are saying you were not told what the issue was. However, what information did you write on the affidavit, what is it that they wanted?
My passport was stamped with a certain type of stamp at the SA entry point and l was told go to the SA Embassy in Harare which I did.At the embassy l was not told what's wrong with ma passport but I was asked to write an affidavit which I submitted and told to came back after six months.this was in 2014.I did go back after six months coz of challenges beyond my control. So can l use my passport to go to SA now without going back to the embassy
