You will definitely need a clear proof that the partner is attached to you and in this case a marriage certificate can only be the main actor. Just out of interest, when did u apply ur PR? Applied mine mid Dec 2018 and eagerly waiting. I need ka revival
My friend who applied on 21August 2018 has been invited to come and collect passport today
I have been to VFS today in the afternoon
They indicated that VISAs (critical skills)for Aug and September have started trickling in.
Student permits also continue to trickle in therefore you need to check with them.
Changes in April some professions will be removed from critical skills list - this need to be verified which ones
Any engineering guys who got positive outcomes
Those who collected in August please share your outcomes.Hoping the embassy is generous lol
Good day !
I got a PR and i need to apply for my partner is it possible or i need a marriage certificate
IRBA can only issue that letter if you are working for a registered accounting firm, send qn email to IRBA (google IRBA and give them a call) they will issue the letter within 7days
Attach work contract passport qualifications(degree, CTA, ITC, APC depending on the levels that you have passed so far )and tell them you need to submit the letter to home affairs,
Thank you road runner for the response, I am in the same field and was wondering how one is to do a renewal. I am still waiting for my first CSV though. All the best Michelle
Hi.
I also have a critical skills visa for external auditor and I believe have similar experience to you.
I applied for my visa in zim then got the 12 months to secure a job.
I applied for extension of my visa and it was rejected saying I am registered with the wrong professional body.
I am registered with SAICA.
I appealed and got a positive outcome after 5 months.
If you are registered with SAICA I believe you can get it
We are on the same boat brother
