Comments on this Embassy
That is true .August applications had lots of queries requesting further documents and some were even called for interviews at the embassy.That is what one lady at VFS told me when I went to collect mine.
I was always told to submit as much documentation as possible when applying to avoid these queries
Mid April is too far , we need something next week
Apparently thers a lot of returned applications especially the august ones... for example mine was returned because the board membership had expired ( although i submitted while it was still valid)
So now i need to renew and resubmit the certificate .
No batch received, I called today they are actually expecting to receive next week Monday. And I applied in October the guy just said my sister you can call us again next week but we expecting only July August and September because they were plenty of queries and maybe they are processing those ones .......so I should expect October batch Mid April.
My heart was heartbroken
VFS did not receive the batch they were expecting on Tuesday, not sure if they received anything today(hopefully they did) otherwise we would have to wait for Friday since tomorrow is an SA public holiday and SA Embassy will be closed. Worst case scenario we wait for next week. Keep the faith up ;)
so silence on csv collections simply mean hakuna atora this week? last person akatora ndewa 12 Sept hakuna after that?
From other people's experience, it is easier to reapply .Since appeals take time.You might need to contact the DHA first so that they can check your current visa.
Try contacting Hilda : hilda.dlamini@dha.gov.za
@4dee thanks
Do you know if there's a need to re submit all the previous documents? They didn't have electricity to help me further and tomorrow is a public holiday. So they said I come back on Friday. I just want to have an idea of what the next stage should be.
Appealing can take a while but you have a very strong reason to appeal.
I heard some some immigration lawyers can help expedite the process.
