Greetings !
I do feel good reputation from your embassy
especialy from the counter side that I do have access to apply for the visa.It is good service.
And having this chance I suggest to have a procedure for the lost valid visa to reissue rather than produce all fulfilled requirment previously,look for other embassy experience .Just they ask to fill the application form, pay visa fee , new pasport and official evidence for the lost pasport .

the embassy of SA announces some vacency but not accessible via internet so try to develope your own web site.
I have tried all the phones, but without success. As an Embassy in AA, capital of Africa, improvements are required!!
I have called the embassy and one lady treated me good in which she has given me all the information that I need to know politely and with understanding, Keep it up!
I have tried to call all the numbers of your embassy for the second day running but they are either busy or not picked. One of the voicemails gives a mobile number 00251911504474 but the gentle-man on this side is very rude and very unhelpful and he disconnects the phone when talking to him. We expect more from your embassy.....please do something.
I've sent several messages using the above email address, but to my dismay, the message comes back as undeliverable. Please correct email address asap
