I had sent this communication for some time but I do not get a response until now.What might be the problem?
Any communication must be sent through the South Africa High Commission in Kigali,then I need a confirmation from my family by SMS or Whatsapp or e-mail.Then ,the UIF(Labour centre in Pretoria) must also confirm in writing.
this is for the purpose of my UIF as I communicated with one of my uncles or my father/brothers in Kigali.

Ms Nicole Uwingabire is actually living in South Africa and She is married to an Eritrean/Ethiopia(Mr Abbay).
She had been a souce of division among Rwandans in South Africa for some time.I suspect her to have been involved in such crimes as above described.

Follow-up:Withrawal of the nomination of Mr James Kabarebe as Defence Minister in Rwanda is required immediately.
Any court concerned/ Military court/Directorate for military intelligence/Interpol Rwanda/ Interpol Lyon France/President of Rwanda.

A matter had been filed and this concerns a forged identity of Mr"James Kabarebe" as the Defence Minister.An investigation had been required and a warrant is still pending against him.
A lawyer in this matter is required to ask the head of the Government of Rwanda to withdraw such a nomination which I do doubt about his process to have again Mr Kabarebe.

PS:He is on an international warrant of arrest for crimes of war and crimes against humanity with a forgery/fraud.
A review of his Rwandan citizenship is in question.

A protection order is required against Ms Eugenie Kayitesi who is my sister in law due to many times insulting me while I am not into any communication with her.I do talk to her husband who is my youngest brother and greet their little newborn daughter only.
So,I wonder what`s her problem in insulting me and use Dr Muhire`s cellular phone.This harassment might cause some family problems.
If Kayitesi is also mentally ill,she can consult a psychiatrist or go out my family relationship existant even a divorce is proposed.I do not want her in my family anymore or at my parents place where I am a second owner.She must restrain herself from me.
I wonder how my brother met such an impolite lady.
