I am originally from Commune Masango and I am proposing the reconstrution of the road going till there.I am one of those who is interested about such an area where a plan for more development is required.
I would like this message to be discussed in the parliament by the Portfolio committee concerned immediately.
Further contribution may be required from those living in both communes and others surrounding ones as during the constrution of the road.
NB:This road comes from lower the Town of Gitarama or Kabgayi,from the main road towards Kanyaru.

I still recall the Rwandan Government to recall about the time those known to have taken power after the former President of Zaire(Mobutu),that it came to all our attention a lot of violent relationship with DR Congo.If the Government of DR Congo has sufficient troops why can`t they manage the matter on their own?Rwanda is still reconstructing and developing some of its own ressources and those funds might be spent again on ammunition in DR Congo.The united nations must look a way of managing the matter also on their way.
Rwanda must not always spend after the RPF winning the Presidential elections.
Those crossing border expecting the task to be easy must be informed first before advancing in the deep jungle of DR Congo like Zimbabweans.
After withdrawal of such troops please do make sure that you stay out of such operations alike those done when Laurent Kabila took power in DR Congo.
Rwanda,stay out of such expenses and such troubles.

Do send the report which might have been compiled by one of you or one of the United Nations mission in Uganda about Mr James Kabarebe in his change of citizenship while a refugee in Uganda.
I want him out of the cabinet since he is the source of rangor among Rwandans.
If President Paul Kagame did not recall about this ,the prime minister newly nominated must do so to allow democracy in Rwanda and transparency.
