I'm Davis from rwanda and i'm even there, i wanna get a passport of rwandese for goin in uganda. But on imigration they requested me an envitation letter from uganda with embassy signification, but rwanda embassy from there fefused to sign for th one i'm goin 2 visit. So lead up th way of how it can be sgned plz.

on 22.7.14 we three of us holding indian passport visited your Embassy to collect the visa, as we were told to come on this day, as we were told to come at 10am.
One lady called Regeina was not only rude but harsh, we expect this lady attitude towards any one needs to be changed. Her main complaint was that on the time to collect the passport which was given by her
We know the Rwanda and its people are co-ordial and welcome visitors, we were rather surprised and shocked with her behavior with visitors.
