hello embassy of rwanda cum the high commissioner of rwanda.take notice that i have been in service of the state house of rwanda for along time .that i agreed with president kagame paul of rwanda to represent him in diplomatic issues.take further notice that ever since we came into contract, he has never paid me all my arrears and salary as in terms of employment benefits.that your people after realising that i represent the state house of rwanda have given a hard time as if am their enemy.its true that am a ugandan citizen , our constitution is very clear as in terms of employment that no person shall be deprived of his employment benefits or shall work without being payed as slavery was abolished long time ago.take also further note that any form of oppression contravenes the rome statute of international criminal court.my contract was finished long time ago both in your country and within the secretariat of east africa.take note also that president kagame nolonger have any dealing with me except delivering my benefits as in terms of both state and the east african secretariate.or community.am giving your goverment only 15 days to clear my outstanding payments if not matters shall be referred to court.he is free to deny all the allegations as its claimed by your people this way that we never went any writting. but take note that eastafrican secretariate or community has delegates to prove my cause action expect no further warning from the date of service of this notice.my address shall be uganda rujumbura trading center ntenjeru mukono district. my email. elazizia1276@gmail.com. telfone number is +256701281439/+256704664951 or c/o the chief magistrate court at mukono uganda
