Waited on the phone for 20 mins before deciding to give up and hung up the phone. I'd rather get information telephonically than go all the way to Bruma. Not everyone has the luxury of an understanding boss or ample time.
Hi guys just a bit of advice, the best thing to do is go there and speak to them.
My grandmother was from L.M and she came to SA. Would I qualify for portuguese citizenship.
We offer Portuguese classes.
We offer Portuguese translation: standard and sworn translation, contact us for translation of certificates, diplomas, transcripts...

My South African brother and his Portuguese wife need to register their South African born children in Portugal. Nobody seems able to help with the details re what documentation is required, from both the SA government and the Portuguese consulate. Any help would be appreciated.
Has anyone actually tried phoning the consulate
What a mission iv been holding for about 15 minutes, and that was after I was given such a run around
I dont see how it was easy to register a marriage ... ive been asked to get so many documents from home affairs for the consulate .... and untill i get all these documents , which Home Affairs takes forever to issue, i cant get my Portuguese Passport .... and not talking about the cost ....
Hi my name is Tania I just wanted to know my passport has expired and need as soon as possible
My mother, Gloria Maria Pires da Silva, was born in Portugal ((as well as her parents, grandparents and ancestors)) and my grandparents moved the family out here to South Africa when she was 8 years old. I now want a Portuguese Passport and Citizenship as I now have South African documentation.
Am I eligible to apply??
How do I apply and what documentation would I need??
How long does the process take??
Must my mother do this or must I??
Thanks
