difficult to contact
Not very user friendly. It is most frustrating to try and call the embassy. They have multiple numbers yet they are always busy and when eventually you do get through... they cannot hear you... I spent the whole afternoon yesterday and from 8:30 this morning... to no avail. Tried emailing. Lets see how long that response will take.

Portuguese passport and citizenship
Hi. I'm 20 years old. My mother is South African and My father is Portuguese. He was born in Portugal in 1960. Apparently my brother and I qualify for Portuguese passports. I'm going to Europe later this year and I would really appreciate any information regarding obtaining the passport, what documentation I need and how long it would take to get the passport. Thank you.
