Good thing I decided to contact them first before sending my documents. However it's been two weeks and I haven't been able to talk to a live person and nobody has answered my emails about my inquiry. I'm on a time crunch and with the way things are going, I guess I won't be getting any type of authentication soon.

Hi there!! Is any body here have same problem with me. My documents sent in authentication dept. exactly 2 months today. I don't know what's the hold-up!!! They don't pick up the phone when I call and even when I leave a message no one call me back..
Been trying to contact the embassy in Washington DC for over a week now for the authentication of my documents. Sent them an email last month and no reply up to this day. I sent another message through the website and no reply either. Tried calling them several times and I get an automated response. Some work ethic they have.

I am the president of USA and I had a very hard time finding your embassy. I entered Australian Embassy as that what it says in my GPS only to find a filipino working there who was so accommodating and actually pointed the way to the Philippine embassy which is right across. A filipino working in Australian embassy who provides professionalism is not surprising. A filipino working in Philippine embassy who will provide professionalism and good service is truly a lie and will only be in your forever wish list.

Pagong na nga ang serbisyo wala pang sumasagot sa telepono Mapupud Lang daliri mo sa kakatawag walang sasagot. Pag nag pa dial Kay naman ng zero bastos din sumagot ang operator. Dapat dyan isara na Lang o Kaya palitan lahat ng bulok na nag tatrabaho dyan sayang ang tax na pinapa sahod sa kanila. At saka 4:30 palang pag tumawag ka sasabihin saiyo ng answering machine closed na. Hay naku nakakirita talaga. Nakaka bawas ng Ganda
