I have the following documents: Special power of attorney and Deed of extra-judicial settlement and partition of estate
These documents were notarized in the states. The BIR in the Phillipines said that they need a Red Ribbon. Are these required for the documents? Please point me to what is being requested. Thank you!

Is it required to have a outbound tickemt when my wife and I go to the Philippines? My son did not need one. We ussualy get a lot of questions at Saint Louis,Mo. We want to travel on a one way ticket so we don't ha 've to lock in departure date.
