Madam Sally, Please get in touch with the above person thru a common Friend ,a former Usec. who entrusted you some documents to be returned /informations that should be discussed. The Phil Consulate Gen in Chicago has no information or comment and that is not helping nor our DFA here but other govt agencies like the BID did.(..you were in the Phil all the time during this period(March to sept 2014))I hope the former PITC President( your alleged or supposed husband who is in the US) will help if he sees this message. You said, he was the beneficiary of the Transaction you started in Pampanga with Mike Alviar.I cant find you.Or you don't want to be found as our letters returned. We are doing our best not to inform the US embassy , pls cooperate.Anyone who knew where she is kindly HELP !.Pls contact this no 0917-695 4264/0906 461 6621 Usec P.B.Jr.He is the only person who can bridge the gaps...With sincere apology in making this public.I don't want others to experience the" Scam".

Just to get in touch with you....
Good morning Ma'am,

I tried calling you, but a recording came on stating that I must have dialed a wrong number. And I dialed the same number written under Chicago Philippine Consulate three times. So, I'm posting this comment just in case you'll be able to read it.

My purpose in contacting you, is to authenticate a Power of Attorney for my sister in the Philippines without my personal appearance in the Philippine Consulate in Chicago. I live in Louisiana. I want to know if it is feasible not appearing before you... maybe through fax or email.

Thanks for your time and consideration,

Yours Truly,

Avelina Cortez Eichler

Authentication of SPA
I have a cousin residing in Uvalde Texas. Please advise which is the nearest consulate he can transact to authenticate a Special Power of Attorney. Would it be possible for him to mail the notarized SPA to the consulate and have it authenticated? Let me know your procedure so I can relay these to him. hope for your response. thank you

Renew old Philippine Passport
I have an old Passport from the Philippines and its been expired long time ago. I want to renew it and I want to know how and what are the step by step to do so. Please can you give me some information on how to start the process. I am in Michigan and the office in Chicago is the nearest one I could find online. I am awaiting for your response.
