I read your Disclaimer below. If this site is not operated by the Philippine Embassy staff then whose manning this and how can they know the concern of these good but frustrated people? How can they (Embassy staff) resolve the issues and improve their services?
i know a person trying to get a visa to the US. However, she wants me to send her money for it. am i allowed to send the money directly to the embassy on her behalf, rather than sending it to her. how can i be sure she was legitimately applying to the embassy. am i allowed to know who she spoke to from the embassy?am i allowed to call the embassy to get verification of her application?
please dont post negative comments if you can't answer my question without sarcasm
