hopeless
I was reading most comments and it goes back 4 years ago that poor service complaints have not been corrected. I cannot proud myself as a filam doing my very best and always gets appreciated by my employers only to find that filipino workers in the washington phil embassy are not as workaholic as I am. I hope the next generation filams should take over the phil embassy in Washington. We are more profound and focused on our jobs and woyl definitely provide a more professional and satisfying public service.

Phil embassy washington dc magtrabaho naman kayo. Public serbis nyo pang palengke. Hoy gising!

That place is either needs to be closed down or charge all the people works. I called everyday no one answers the phone it's like no one works there. And even it's only 4:30 pm the answering machine will tell you that it's already closed. What the heck! Working hours till 5pm. And when I tried to call to the other department just to get a hold of somebody she was so rude I'm still talking already hung up the phone. Even how nice you talk to her so will response you with no etiquette

Telephone manners
I keep calling the Embassy ang tagal sumagot. I know you are very busy chatting and texting kaya please do your work para ang suweldo ninyo sulit naman sa tax na binabayaran naming.
