Mga Sir and Ma’am dyan sa Philippine Embassy in Washington Dc please po naman improve your service and if you can't do your job well please do resign. And i think you dont love your work thats why you dont have a heart to answer polite.
Nakakahiya po kasi mga kapwa nyo filipino hindi nyo matulungan ng maayos. Kanina pa ako tumatawag kung di ko pa nabasa sa site na ito young ibang number nyo di ko kayo makausap pero si Ma'am limited lang alam kya pinasa sa ibang number na ang tagal kong nag antay...and then sasabihin sa akin "pansin ko kanina ka pa tumatawag ah" wow ma'am tatawag ba ako kung wala ako tanong sa nyo at di naman kayo ata busy kasi napansin nyo pa number ko na kanina pa ako tumatawag pero buti na lang sinagot nyo naman ako ng please refer to the site at nagfollow up ako ng question ko if ibabalik nyo ang NSO bcertificate and then nawala kayo bigla na lang nagbusy ang line. Kulang po ba ang empleyado dyan?

Service sucks! Been waiting 3months and 2weeks since I renewed my passport until now not release yet. Been calling the embassy an they're not friendly at all. I'm leaving this Saturday and I have to cancelled my flight for this kind of service. BS
Been calling the whole day and got answered one time before lunch. Did not know tge answer to my question and told me to ask some one else with a different number. Tried calling with only the answering machine answering. Useless to call to.

My mother in law whose 88years old need to go back in the phils right now but unfortunately her passport has been renewed april 16,2015 is not been released yet. Its been 3 months this july, what im going to do? Is somebody can help me?
