Having paid all fees in full I was told that the ID card will be delivered at given address in uk after waiting 6-8 weeks now 10th week I have called the-given help line no by NADRA staff in Bradford NADRA office Guess what phone number is Pakistan.after calling them twice now I have found out that my I-D card been sitting in there Bradford office location B1305 all that time after having paid all the Relevant fees I was told it will get delivered by DHL recorded delivery to my house. If I never enquire about it no one probably would have bothered at Pakistani consulate in Bradford. Mr consular you are in Britain don't mug people off with your backwards mentality and have some Educated members of staff in consulate stop misleading common people who Genuinely need Documents to travel to their Motherland Pakistan for various reasons.

If you have an issue than you should write your complaint to the higher authorities such as a High Commissioner in London, or the Consul General of the respective Consulate to share your problems you face with the staff.

I live in Hudersfield and had no visa to stay in Ingland, went to Conslate in Bredford and one agent said to me that he can get me the passport even if you don't have vesa, he spoke to a man and he agreed thwt he will issue me pasport, taking money from me /

Passport people are crupt dishonest becase you give them money they give you passport.

Illiterate brain dead people- move with the times
To all my fellow brothers and sisters who have experienced insufficiencies whilst dealing with these illiterate, backward brain dead clerical workers.
My heart felt sympathies go out to you all. I've been reading some of your updates and queries on this site and I am disgusted with how these lowest of the low clerical workers actually deal with the general public.
Please be patient as patients is a blessing and a virtue that these animal like people do not possess.
They're a special breed of Pakistanis that are being born amongst us in this day and age that have no concept of self respect, dignity or how to interact with fellow human beings. They only help those people who got reference otherwise they don't care even if you are coming from far place. They are getting paid from our texts but they are not doing their job professionally.

passport procedure
i appreciate the passport procedure which is a very easy way and one could get ride of standing in que and filling the forms and taking the photos and too much more headache.

about for information to talk embassy staff for visa
first nearly one hour no picking telephone then telephone picked up then no one speaks from staff then telephone cuts off- three time happened one day
i think the staff behaveing very bad towards customers iam sorry to say the pakstani embassy staff are using pakistani laws in british country
the staff need british laws trainig
british trading standards need to investegate inside pakistani embassy very sad to say this

I don't know why people abusing our consulate..i got appointment in Bradford and everything was smooth and nice.they told i will get NICOP in 6 werks but got my nicop in post within 4 weeks.excellent work by Nadra
