British Citizen applied for Family Visa to Pakistan
I applied for a family visit visa online and having received no response, I contacted the Manchester Consulate. The staff on the phone was rude and not willing to help. Despite talking to him in a very polite manner, he kept hanging up the call. All I need is help and advice what to do if I'm not receiving any response from my online visa application. I also tried calling Islamabad Nadra office but no one is answering the phone. These people who are appointed to help treat us like dirt and have no respect whatsoever. I know of many British citizen friends who travel to India and whenever they call their Embassys or Consulate services, they are always treated with full respect and are given all the help and advice unlike Pakistan Consulate and Embassy staff. No wonder Pakistan is seen all over the world as a illiterate country... I'm sorry to add.

I need to get mine and my son's nadra card. It is expired.

I can not believe that the staff at the Manchester Counselate are so professional, they are polite and dealt my renewal case in a professional way, my friends from different countries when they are telling me their Counselate stories trust me, my head raised up with pride that we gave professional and technical staff in our Counselate, long live Pakistan Amin

A have been ringing them for 2 weeks on Manchester number they ring me for a death certificate and still no answer useless these are the people who put us down u go to nadra office in Manchester and they talk like they are kings they have no respect for others

NADRA card
Staff at Pakistani consulate, Manchester , were found to be very helpful and co operative.
Most issues arise from rude and disorganised public, whom either never had the right documents or photocopies, or whom were vey loud or rude towards staff.
One needs to be patient and cool headed when visiting.
Yes .....also bear in mind , from the many staff members working in the consulate, their will always be one or two idiots, that will make your visit a stressful one.
If this is the case, always make a note of his name, and make a official report after you have received your documentation, however long it may take.
