Pakistani Id Card
I dont know why they wasted ur time amd make u feel bad as if u asking for a gold card to Pakistan they have no manners at Glasgow office they ask for cash under the table other wise no work they would give u wrong information and wast your time make u feel bad of even going to visit Pakistan I hope I never need to go in these type of offices ever due to there bad service and bad produrces they are only money system. There is no goverment in Pakistan these people shouldnt be allowed to run these offices without a watchdog service

arrogant NADRA
I asked a gentleman at the NADRA window if we can have application forms for NADRA card from this office. He replied it's possible to do this on line or from central office. I asked again 'can I have the forms from this office'. Same answer and the same answer the third time. This time he said 'what is your problem'. I repeated my request this time he directed me to window number 2. The staff are not there to help us but to show us their arrogance only.

atrocious service.
Been to Pakistan consulate today as was appointment. What a waste of time. We got told told by the lady we would have to get NADRA card and/or Pakistani passport made. We then got told to send our documents to FCO in Milton Keynes. As we only had a few days to go before flying to Pakistan this was unlikely to be done on time. The lady advised us to think positively. This was still improbable. I rang from hone and positively thought they would answer. I then gave up after several hours.

Application procedure
Sir, Why doesn't the consulate publish on its website clear cut guidelines for NADRA card And passport procedure - particularly the documents required, the relavent fees and timescales involved. This should prevent every person going to the consulate and asking the same questions and thus save time for both the public and consulate officials alike.
We the public pay for these documents but the level of customer service is a appalling and leaves a bad impression on all of us.

With regards to the complaint aboput I D card not delivered to your home address, the DHL in many cases try delivering i d cards to applicants home address, but if there is no one at home to sign the delivery tghan DHL , rather than sending your I D Card back to Pakistan to issuing office, they send it to Nadra Office, instead, in one way it is helpful,

Regards XXXX
